Requirements
When organizing travel for children and students, all requirements specified in the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health are strictly followed. Excursions are conducted according to the Tourism Act and the regulations of the Ministry of Economy.

We offer numerous routes across the country, tailored to the curriculum and helping students learn through direct contact with the history, culture and nature of Bulgaria.

Registration and implementation
The trip begins with registration after a conversation with a company representative. The reservation is valid after a deposit of 30% of the package price is paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 5 working days before the travel date for one‑day excursions and 7 working days before the date for multi‑day trips.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all students. The group leader must prepare a list with full names and birth dates of the travelers and conduct a safety briefing. The company may cancel the trip only if the required number of participants is not reached or in case of force majeure (military actions, terrorist acts, strikes, epidemics, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.).

Students are instructed on safety and comfort during bus travel. Each trip is considered confirmed when a contract is signed between the group leader and ET “Antonia Slavova”. Teachers are responsible for the safety and well‑being of the children.
