School Excursions

Requirements
During the organization of trips for children and students, all requirements, regulations, and criteria stated in the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science (MON) and the Ministry of Health (MZ) are strictly followed. Excursions are conducted entirely according to the active texts of the Tourism Act and the regulations of the Ministry of Economy.

We bring to your attention numerous established routes in the country, synchronized with the educational material for the respective classes, facilitating its permanent absorption by children through direct contact with the history, culture, and nature of Bulgaria.

Registration and Implementation
The journey begins with registration after a detailed preliminary conversation with a legitimate representative of the company. The reservation is fully valid after paying a deposit of 30% of the package price. The remainder of the total contract balance is paid no later than 5 business days prior to the departure date for single-day excursions and 7 business days prior to the date for multi-day trips.

Mandatory medical insurance is provided for all traveling students and teachers. The group leader is legally required to prepare a precise list with three names and birthdates of the passengers and conduct a mandatory detailed safety briefing on the road. Our company may cancel or postpone the trip only if the required minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unavoidable force majeure circumstances (military actions, strikes, epidemics, hazardous weather conditions, winter storms, natural disasters, etc.).

Prior to and during transit inside the buses, students are detailedly briefed on safety rules, behavior, and passenger comfort. Every journey is deemed officially confirmed when a written contract is signed between the group leader and ET "Antonia Slavova". Teachers hold direct legal responsibility for preserving the life, health, and discipline of the children.
