Brief description and functionalities of the fuel management and control system:

EMF /Electronic Membrane Fuel Meter/. IG Engineering is the only manufacturer on the Bulgarian market offering a device that measures the following parameters:

• Actual diesel fuel consumption. The permissible error is below 0.1%. (Measures both forward and return fuel flow from the tank.)
• Optimal engine operating conditions.
• Fuel filling and draining.
• Unauthorized diversion of fuel from the vehicle or stationary engine fuel system.
• Actual engine operating hours.

The data from the fuel meter cannot be manipulated in any way by vehicle drivers.

The fuel meters are successfully used in transport, road construction and agricultural machinery, as well as in stationary diesel engines operating in various modes. The EMF is Bulgarian‑made, patented in the EU, with a 24‑month warranty from the date of delivery and less than 1% measurement error.

TOLL SERVICES

In connection with the introduction on 01.03.2020 of distance‑based road tolls for all vehicles over 3.5 tons, we inform you that to use the paid road network, you can use GPS devices.

• First: Guaranteed protection of corporate interest. We notify both the company and the driver, unlike OBU devices that notify only the driver! Automatic notification of GPS malfunction at the 15th minute to the company email allows manual route submission.
• Second: Secure and convenient payment – from one company account and a shared billing profile for all company vehicles.
• Third: Using GPS devices provides a fleet management system and automatic data submission to the Toll System.

“IG ENGINEERING” Ltd. has achieved operational compatibility of the IG software with the system of “ROADLY” Ltd., which is a “Declared Data Provider”, official partner of “DIGITOLL SMART INFRASTRUCTURE” AD (DSI).

The IG software includes technical data (vehicle category, Euro standard, environmental characteristics, number of axles, maximum permissible mass, etc.), email address and phone number.

The completed information together with GPS coordinates is submitted to the Toll System for route and fee calculation.

Our GPS System guarantees full data submission to the Toll System when the technical devices are functioning properly. In case of malfunction (GPS device failure), you receive a notification at your specified email address. When notified of a malfunction while the vehicle is moving, the route must be submitted manually via the provided web and mobile applications.

Manual route submission must be done before passing the next Toll gate.

Additional instructions on manual route submission and using the Toll applications will be provided upon signing a contract with a Declared Data Provider.

For IG ENGINEERING clients, automatic data submission to the TOLL SYSTEM is FREE OF CHARGE.
