It is situated in close proximity to a pine forest, with a panoramic view toward the southwestern part of the mountain. It is 500 m from a water reservoir and 2 km from the Oshtava mineral baths.
For your complete relaxation, we offer a dining area with a capacity of 35–45 people (for holidays and celebrations upon prior request), and we also provide the option for you to prepare your own food.
The villa also offers a large terrace with a traditional shelter and barbecue, as well as a yard with a barbecue and an authentic oven for preparing dishes in the old Bulgarian style.
