Telecom Business Solutions Ltd is Aastra (Ericsson) authorized reseller of telecommunication equipment for Bulgaria.Тhe company is specialized in designing, delivering, installing and providing warranty and post-warranty service of PBXs. The company team is formed by high qualified employees, specialized in integration of complete telecommunication solutions, individually designed and suitable for business and administrative buildings, hotels, hospitalities, universities, industrial enterprises, state institutions, etc. In 2007 the company integrated Quality Control System ISO 9001:2000. In May, 2008 Ericsson-Sweden announced that it has entered into an agreement to divest its enterprise PBX solutions business to Aastra Technologies Limited, which will continue to develop Ericsson PBXs portfolio. In 1993 Aastra entered the enterprise communication market and due to strategic acquisitions expanded its business. In 2003 Aastra acquired the PBX telephone systems division of Swiss-based Ascom Holdings AG, in April, 2005 concluded the acquisitions of the Enterprise Telephony Business of the French aerospace and defense company EADS, and, the Telecom Systems Business of German based DeTeWe, which is the main contractor to Deutsche Telecom. Now the focus of Aastra is entirely on enterprise communications.
