The company was founded by master confectioner Snezhana Kibarova after many years of experience in some of the most renowned confectionery productions in the Samokov region, starting as a young apprentice and reaching the position of chief production technologist in sweet factories. Step by step, the moment came for her own small production where she could define the quality, standards and taste — based on her own beliefs and dedication to the craft.

We are a close-knit team where hierarchy is not what matters most, led by the founder of the company — master confectioner Snezhana Kibarova. What matters to us are the rules established over the years: quality work, professionalism, strict control and love for what we do. One of the most important things for us is to see joy and satisfaction in our customers — and to hear a kind word about our work! And over the years, the kind word has proven to work wonders!

It is a pleasure for us to constantly give opportunities to new rising talents through internships. And we proudly state that many of the well‑known confectioners in Samokov and the region have passed through the workshops and pastry shops of “Zaharnо Petle”!

Our mission is to give you something made with love and dedication — specially created for you — something that brings delight. The kind of delight that is slowly being forgotten due to the rise of industrial production.

Over the years, many colleagues have turned to cheaper production and easier items. WE DECIDED TO DO THE OPPOSITE — TO FOCUS ON QUALITY PRODUCTS, AVOIDING SUBSTITUTES, WORKING ONLY WITH VERIFIED LOCAL FARMS with organic and eco production.
Nowadays, substitutes may reduce cost, but unfortunately it is no secret that they lead to health issues (chemical vs. naturally derived products).

It is no coincidence that in the past sweet products were widely consumed because of their tempting taste without causing harm (when consumed in moderation). That is why we strive to bring back that real, authentic taste — the one children waited for at home or adults lined up for at the small pastry shop of a master confectioner.
