History

We are a family‑owned company with a long‑standing tradition, which for more than two decades has combined professionalism, dedication and genuine love for the restaurant business. Over the years we have built a name associated with quality, hospitality and attention to detail. Our story began as a small family business, but thanks to perseverance, hard work and respect for our guests, today “Bar & Grill Roni – The Theatre” is one of the most recognizable restaurants in Pazardzhik.

Throughout the years we have had the pleasure of welcoming our guests in different locations and different venues, each with its own spirit and atmosphere. Our first creation – the café‑confectionery “Chasovnika” (The Clock), opened its doors in 1991 in the emblematic clock tower of Pazardzhik. This place was a symbol of the city and home to thousands of memories until a fire put an end to its existence. But our journey did not stop there.

After “Chasovnika” we created the café‑aperitif “Sto Rozi”, a Chinese restaurant with the same name, the tavern “Trifon Zarezan”, and later the first venues of the “Roni Bar & Grill” chain. Every new project was a step forward – with more experience, higher standards and a stronger desire to offer our guests not just food, but a complete experience.

Today our greatest pride is “Roni Bar & Grill – The Theatre” – a restaurant located in the heart of Pazardzhik, in the building of the Drama Theatre “K. Velichkov”. This is a place that combines history, culture, comfort and modern vision. Here we welcome our guests with respect, care and the desire to create unforgettable moments.

This is our newest restaurant, combining luxury, comfort and a modern look. Created with great taste and love, “Roni Bar & Grill – The Theatre” offers 190 seats – 90 in the indoor area and another 100 in the two summer gardens. The indoor hall is elegant, stylish and suitable for romantic dinners, family gatherings and business meetings. The summer gardens are a true oasis – greenery, fresh air and tranquility in the very center of the city.

Our menu is rich, diverse and carefully selected. We work with fresh products, quality meat and spices that give a distinctive flavor to every dish. Our chefs are masters in preparing homemade meals, barbecue specialties, fresh salads, desserts and signature creations. Every day we offer different homemade dishes, prepared with care and love.

Our company has been providing catering services for more than 15 years and is a leader in organizing special events in the Pazardzhik region. We work with private and corporate clients, offering full service – from the menu and drinks to decoration and logistics. Our goal is to turn every event into an unforgettable experience.

We organize weddings, christenings, anniversaries, corporate parties, cocktails, conferences, graduation balls and private gatherings. Regardless of the scale, we approach every detail with care. We offer tailor‑made menus, adapted to the taste, budget and preferences of each client.

Our catering is known for quality, style and professionalism. We work with a team of chefs, waiters and event coordinators who ensure flawless execution.
