Warranty period:

• For repaired transformers with power up to 400 kVA – 12 months;
• For reconstructed and repaired transformers with power from 630 kVA to 1600 kVA – 18 months.

1. Scheduled preventive electrical measurements and tests for early diagnostics in field conditions of power transformers;

• Disassembly of the transformer on the 0.4; 6.3 and 20 kV side;repair 19882
• Measurement of insulation resistance of the transformer and determining the absorption coefficient;

• Measurement of the active resistance of the windings with DC;
• Measurement of losses and voltage during a “short‑circuit test”;
• Measurement of the transformation ratio;
• Testing insulation with increased voltage at industrial frequency;
• Measurement of losses and current during a “no‑load test”;
• Measurement of dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) of the oil;
• Measurement of contact resistance between terminals and leads for transformers with 0.4 kV voltage;
• Assembly of the transformer on the 0.4; 6.3 and 20 kV side;

2. Maintenance and servicing of the transformer in field conditions:

• Thorough cleaning of the room, busbars, cables, insulators and the transformer from dust, cobwebs, leaves, oil contamination, etc.;
• Taking an oil sample from the transformer;

• Checking compatibility of transformer oils;
• Topping up processed (degassed, dehydrated and filtered) transformer oil;
• Tightening transformer terminals;
• Adjusting spark gaps;
• Cleaning, lubricating and tightening the busbar system, cables and leads;
• Bleeding the gas (Buchholz) relay and insulators of medium‑voltage bushings;
• Replacing silica gel in the transformer breather;
• Replacing the oil in the breather oil seal;
• Inspection of the transformer cooling system;
• Inspection of adjacent transformer fittings;high-voltage-towers

3. Drying (degassing, dehydration) in field conditions of transformer oil for quantities over 5 tons;

Field drying of the active part of a power transformer in its own tank with power over 4 MVA and voltage up to 110 kV inclusive;

Dismantling and installation of power and distribution transformers with power over 630 kVA;

Scheduled preventive repairs of equipment in distribution substations 110/20/10 kV;

Manufacturing of grounding coils (artificial neutral point) according to customer specifications;

Manufacturing of oil reactors for capacitive energy compensation according to customer specifications;

Manufacturing of oil power and distribution transformers according to customer voltage requirements;

Repair of Petersen coils with smooth and stepped regulation up to 1600 kVAr;

Welding of copper, aluminum and their alloys using various methods – MIG, TIG (argon shield), gas welding, arc welding (inverter), butt welding, resistance welding and spot welding;
