DIEM GROUP‑2008 Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Yordan Yordanov and Hristo Mishkov.
The company began with carcass meat cutting and the production of minced meat and meat preparations. Initially operating with a capacity of 100 kg per day, on an area of 100 sq.m., with two employees. In 2007 it was registered as a meat processing enterprise for red meats under the DIEM brand and hired additional qualified staff — cutters, fillers, technologist, cutter operator, drivers and general workers. The daily production capacity increased to 1000 kg.
At the beginning of 2007, the company implemented a HACCP system, part of the quality management system ensuring the production of safe and high‑quality products. Meat raw materials are controlled at all stages of production:

Today the company operates a new production facility built according to European standards, with its own distribution network and delivery service, as well as a modern food warehouse with excellent refrigeration and dry storage areas located in the DIEM commercial complex. The company offers a variety of meat delicacies, minced meats, meat preparations and cuts made only from chilled pork and veal under the DIEM brand.
