GESKOM Ltd. is a private company with many years of experience, specialized in comprehensive technical maintenance for companies, organizations and public administrations that do not have their own technical staff or wish to optimize and reduce their maintenance costs. Our main goal is to be a reliable external partner who takes full care of the building infrastructure, telecommunications, computer and office equipment and installations, so that our clients can focus on their core business and development.

The company was founded in 2004, inheriting the potential, experience and client network from a previous successful activity as a sole trader, started at the beginning of 2000. Over the years, GESKOM Ltd. has gradually expanded its scope of activity – from purely service and maintenance functions to a complete technical partner capable of taking over planning, construction, modernization and subsequent maintenance of various systems: electrical installations, structured cabling systems, air conditioning, computer and network solutions, office equipment, copying and printing devices. The company has its own base, consisting of an office on the ground floor of a residential building with shops in the Lyulin 2 district of Sofia, a warehouse and service area in the basement of the same building, as well as a specialized retail shop. This structure allows us to maintain stock of essential materials, spare parts and consumables, react quickly in case of failures and provide high‑quality service within short timeframes, without delays due to lack of equipment.

Since June 2011, GESKOM Ltd. has also operated a retail shop for tools, materials and components for electrical installations, structured cabling systems, as well as a copy center offering consumables for copying and printing equipment. Thus, the company combines in one place: service, maintenance, supply of equipment and materials, and printing and copying services – a convenience highly valued by clients, as it saves time, coordination and additional costs.

The shop and copy center serve both end customers and companies that need fast deliveries, professional consultation and the possibility to purchase everything necessary for their installations, office equipment and document management.
