Inito is an atelier specialized in interior design with technologies. The studio develops projects for all aspects of interior design: architecture, decoration, furnishing; project management – construction development management, quality and design supervising; architecture consultations. Design Following the basic intent of the design vocation, the sevice offered by the atelier is development of boutique, “made-to-measure” home and public interiors. The atelier designs projects for interior architecture, furniture, decoration and all their liable activities. Project development The interior spaces differ in size and purpose. To inspire life into the space surrounded by slaps and walls, is necessary, during the process of building the place according to its purposes, also to bring in the spirit of the people who are going to use it. This space is going to serve its inhabitants, their life style, their moral values, their living and cultural preferences. In the creative process each particular element has its own implication - the location towards the sun, the available installations, even an existing defect - everything could inspire an idea for unique design. The quality of the "made to measure" interior depends not only on used materials and the builder's skills, but also on the synchrony in proportion, color, texture, illumination. The pleasure we feel appreciating the view in front of our eyes comes also from the balance of details. The excess could be exhausting too. Preliminary idea project In reference to costumer requirements we create the groundwork conception, based on selected inspirational feature. The design ideas are built up over a specific "key word" in accordance with the functional purposes of the property. The discussions with the client defined his visions, preferences and desires. This is the way where the energy of customer expectations meets the energy of the creative work of the designers. Working drawings Once the client has approved the project, the studio creates detailed technological working drawings for the realization of the specific ideas: space allocation plans, electrical and water fittings, built-in lighting details, gypsum-board construction elements, wall and floor covering, stairs, railings, fireplaces, furniture, decorative details, interior fabrics, ideas for landscaping, garden furniture, etc. All phases are developed in line with the necessary technology to implement full details. Materials, colors and technology for manufacturing of the final product are selected. Quantitave calculations and budgets Before the realization of each project the studio creates budgets for all preliminary construction costs. These serve as a basis for future evaluation of construction contractors. We also produce a work plan and budget for all the goods necessary for the full completion of the interior project.
