“3 S SOT SOS” Ltd. is licensed under Bulgarian and European legislation to provide property security for individuals and legal entities through alarm systems, physical site security, patrol response and real‑time video surveillance.
The company has been performing security services for 18 years throughout the entire country. It is specialized in tourist sites and facilities for summer and winter sports. Priority areas include the Borovets resort, the Southern Black Sea coast, Sofia and Sofia region.
A radio network has been built in the town of Samokov and the municipality of the same name, including Lake Iskar, the village of Pasarel and the southern part of Sofia.
Patrol centers have been established in Borovets resort, the village of Govedartsi (covering the valleys of the Beli and Cherni Iskar rivers, including the Malyovitsa resort), the villa zones “Shtarkelovo Gnezdo” and “Mechkata”, the shores of Lake Iskar, and the area of the villages Popovyane and Kovachevtsi up to the Yarema villa zone.
In 2011 the company planned and carried out an expansion of the network toward the village of Gutsal, the towns of Dolna Banya and Kostenets.
With its 18 years of experience, “3 S SOT SOS” Ltd. has established itself as a loyal and highly reliable partner for its clients, having never allowed a breach of the protection system or criminal intrusion into the secured sites.
During this period the company has become an authorized dealer and supplier of alarm system components and configurations produced by the most reputable global manufacturers in the industry.

Regular training and readiness checks are conducted with the staff in accordance with the requirements and in cooperation with the General Directorate “Security Police” – Ministry of Interior.
The company owns a reliable vehicle fleet, mostly with enhanced off‑road capability, suitable for patrolling and rapid response in mountainous and forested areas and harsh weather conditions.
