At the moment the company produces electric boilers and cookers covering the whole range of protracted electric boilers, electric cookers, gas cookers and combined ones (on electricity and gas). The company disposes of a separate trade department with its own agents and representatives. We have our own means of transportation for the delivery of the our products to the wholesale merchants, retailers and customers. Our company has its own tool workshop where highly qualified specialists work. The tools we produce cover the needs of the production of cookers and electric boilers. Our objective is toimprove of the quality of our products, to increase its competitiveness. Our appliances are constructed subject to all European Standards and safety regulations. They are all markedCE. In 2004 VICOM EOOD implemented a quality assurance system, ISO 9001:2000. The organizational structure of the company is very good. There is a person in charge ofquality at every production stage. An engineer is specially appointed to independently control the quality of the overall product (Quality manager). Thanks to the achieved effectiveness of the management and the improved quality of the products the company will be able to focus its efforts on getting a share on the European Market.
