Over the years, we have tested technologies and chemicals from many companies, but we achieve the best results using materials supplied by:

• Conveni Italia - galvanizing and passivation technology and chemicals with trivalent chromium that comply with European standards.
• Krupp Sauer - chemicals for hot black oxidation.
• Degreasing - chemical degreasing, ultrasonic cleaning and electro-degreasing.
• 3M - polishing materials for aluminum parts and wheels.

PROGALVIS Ltd. signed Grant Agreement No. BG16RFOP002-3.001-0312-C01 under the project "Improving Energy Efficiency in PROGALVIS Ltd." The agreement is under Procedure BG16RFOP002-3.001 "Energy Efficiency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" and is financed through the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

The objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of PROGALVIS Ltd. in order to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Our Services

Corrosion protection of every manufactured metal component preserves its appearance and durability in the environment in which it operates. The most reliable way to combat corrosion is zinc plating. Electro-galvanizing is a widely used and dependable method of corrosion protection.

The oxidation process applies a protective black coating. The deposited layer is extremely thin and does not alter the external or internal diameters of holes. The established hot black oxidation technology at Progalvis includes the proven Krupp Sauer process, ensuring predictable results and a consistent protective coating for every treated batch.

The preparation of components and the removal of all contaminants from their surfaces is the most important step and a mandatory condition for flawless coating application. Degreasing prior to coating guarantees a uniform and consistent coating layer, as well as a predictable color according to the customer's specifications. Excellent cleaning of all chemical and mechanical contaminants helps maintain the composition of the active treatment baths unchanged for a long period of operation.

Aluminum treatment not only provides a protective surface coating but also offers the opportunity to choose from a wide range of colors. After anodizing, the components always achieve an excellent commercial appearance and an attractive finish.
