The company “TaxLegal Consult” Ltd. was established in 2011.

The company “TaxLegal Consult” Ltd. has a team of lawyers and experts with in‑depth knowledge and extensive professional experience in excise, customs, tax, commercial and labor legislation. Our lawyers contribute to the successful resolution of commercial and administrative disputes.

In our effort to meet the needs of businesses in the modern economic environment, we provide consultations, prepare legal opinions and analyses aimed at resolving disputes with the revenue administrations in the country, as well as for obtaining permits and licenses required for our clients’ activities. Excise Legislation

Our team of lawyers and experts has been working in the field of excise legislation since the introduction of the current Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses Act. We have registered and work with dozens of tax warehouses across the country.

Customs Legislation

Our team includes lawyers with extensive experience and knowledge in customs law. We work with a wide range of specialists and in close cooperation with the customs administration, as well as with representatives of transport, forwarding and courier companies.
