ELEGANCE MEBEL IS A FURNITURE MANUFACTURING FACTORY

• The production facilities were built in 2013.
• In 2017, the area and production capacity were doubled.
• A high level of automation has been achieved, along with an excellent working environment, safe working conditions, and impressive staff facilities.
• The management and production team consists of 50 employees.
• In 2017, a process of technological modernization began.
• We purchased a next‑generation 5‑axis CNC machine.
• In the second half of 2019, we implemented a new digital furniture production line, allowing us to manufacture MDF natural veneer furniture and high‑gloss acrylic panels.
• In 2020, modernization continued with a CNC panel‑sawing machine, a next‑generation edge‑banding machine, and an automatic wide‑belt sander for deep wood processing.
• In 2021, we completed a European project through which we acquired a second next‑generation 5‑axis CNC machine, a four‑side processing machine, and a shredder for residual furniture materials.

“Elegance Mebel” is a newly built factory, which allowed us to optimally plan the organization of the production process. With our new production base, commissioned in April 2013, with the best team in our field, and with top‑class machinery and installations, we guarantee a high‑quality product for our clients.

All our equipment is supplied from Italy by leading engineering companies in our industry – SCM, Imatec, Griggio, Viet, Giardina, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, Untha. With a significant part of our current team, we have been producing furniture since 1995, but in recent years we realized that experience and effort alone are not enough.

Design and Planning

For us, the team of “Elegance Mebel”, the main goal is to turn your living space into your home. Our leading idea in design is comfort and warmth – how to bring them in and preserve them!

Our designers will create not only a project for your furniture but also a complete interior concept – you will receive expert advice on color combinations for floors, walls, curtains, and blinds.

If necessary, we will prepare electrical and plumbing plans. We will make the process as easy as possible for you when choosing furniture we do not manufacture – upholstered furniture and chairs. We will take responsibility for achieving consistent colors in their production.

Models

With the help of our new technological equipment, “Elegance Mebel” is undergoing a complete transformation in terms of style and models.

The furniture is now more complex to produce, incorporating elements made possible by the CNC machines we have. Our goal is to reach the highest class of furniture in Europe. We will continue striving to embed a piece of each client’s individuality, temperament, and uniqueness into their furniture.
