SUBLIMATION, PRINT, STAMPS, FLEX – FLOCK PRINTING

Our activity is textile printing – T-shirts, flags, sportswear, workwear and promotional clothing in the field of marketing and advertising. We print on cut textile and many different textile products. Wide-format sublimation printing on polyester – 162 cm width / direct and transfer /, direct full-color print on cotton 31/46 cm, flex – flock printing. Printing on various types of fabrics and materials. We operate as a manufacturer and subcontractor. We collaborate with designers and artists.

We insist on quality and control of the final product. For this purpose, we rely on our machines MUTOH; Epson; Vision; Sentury Star. These machines are for direct textile printing on cotton, polyester, lycra, viscose. Heat presses for fabric transfer up to 100 cm/120 cm, presses for caps, mugs, plates and cases. We use products and materials from Bulgaria, Germany and France. We have the capacity to fulfill orders for small and large business clients.

PRINT

DIRECT PRINT ON T‑SHIRTS

Direct print – stamps on T‑shirts, hoodies, tank tops, bags, cotton textile.

DTG (direct to garment) technology. Textile printing with real colors for cotton and natural fabrics. The inks are applied directly, without screens, without thermal foil or paper transfer. The ink penetrates the fibers – this makes the print flexible, breathable, without a “rubber” surface and without cracking.

The prints have high washing durability. The contactless printing allows stamping over seams, pocket flaps. The inks are eco‑friendly and biodegradable, suitable for printing on children’s and baby clothes.

SUBLIMATION

FLAGS, BANNERS AND TEXTILE SIGNS

Professional printing and production of flags for poles. Flags used for outdoor and indoor advertising. The print can be double‑sided or single‑sided on different polyester bases. We print flags for various sports events.

Sublimation on T‑shirts, badges, caps, patches, towels, textile items, mugs, cut textile and many other textile products.

Flags, banners and textile items are a distinctive sign for all fields of activity. We offer printing and production of flags from 100% polyester fabric, as well as mixed polyester bases (satin, lycra, etc.).

FLEX PRINT

FLEX‑FLOCK PRINTING FOR SPORTS AND FASHION ITEMS

Used for almost all types of textiles, mainly synthetic materials such as sportswear, workwear, polyester. The print looks glossy, rubber‑like, velvety, fuzzy to the touch.

The colors are solid, saturated, fluorescent and bright. Flex/flock printing withstands long‑term washing.
