Subscription Accounting Services

Signing a subscription service contract guarantees complete protection of your company’s interests before all institutions regarding its accounting, ongoing consultations with our specialists, monitoring of settlements with clients and suppliers, chronological, synthetic and analytical accounting based on submitted primary documents, in accordance with the Accounting Act, the Value Added Tax Act and the applicable Accounting Standards, preparation of monthly VAT reports, preparation of payroll sheets, Intrastat, preparation of the Annual Financial Report and appendices in accordance with the Accounting Act and Accounting Standards, and preparation of the Annual Tax Return in accordance with the Corporate Income Tax Act.

Annual Financial Closing

All companies in Bulgaria must prepare Annual Financial Statements, submit an Annual Tax Return, reports for the National Statistical Institute, etc. Companies whose activity allows it, or those that have not operated during the year, are not registered under the VAT Act and have no personnel, may choose not to maintain ongoing accounting and instead use the services of an accountant once at the end of the financial year. We offer the service Annual Financial Closing, which covers all legal requirements for administering your company from the perspective of the Accounting Act, applicable accounting standards, the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Personal Income Tax Act and the Statistics Act.

Preparation of Financial Statements

If your accountant does not meet the requirements of the Accounting Act and cannot prepare and sign the Annual Financial Statements, you can use our service Preparation of Financial Statements. A specialist from our company, who has the required qualifications under the Accounting Act, will prepare and certify or review and certify your company’s financial statements.

Personnel and Payroll

This service is included in the Subscription Accounting Services package but can also be contracted separately. It is recommended for companies whose accountant does not have the capacity to handle personnel administration, payroll preparation, submission of sick leave documents and declarations to the National Social Security Institute, etc. For a price much lower than hiring a new accountant, we offer to take over this responsibility for your company. This includes full personnel administration – employment contracts, registration with NSSI, preparation of employee files, job descriptions, payroll sheets, payment orders for salaries and social security contributions, submission of Declarations 1 and 6, submission of sick leave documents to NSSI and more.
