IBO and GW Anchors

Production of IBO anchors – injection, temporary and permanent, for reinforcement of tunnels, roads, landslides and diaphragm walls.

IBO anchors can be manufactured with round or trapezoidal thread. Production of accessories for IBO anchors – coupler, nut, plate, drill bit.

Anchor Groups and Foundation Anchor Bolts

The anchors can be manufactured in the following sizes:

• M24 x 1100
• M27 x 1100
• M30 x 1100

Screws with coarse trapezoidal thread, Sluice gate screws

The screws can be manufactured in the following sizes:

• Tr60x8 – left, right – length as requested by the customer
• Tr50x8 – left, right – length as requested by the customer
• Tr40x6 – left, right – length as requested by the customer
• Tr30x6, Tr24x5

Threaded Rods

Production of threaded rods with metric, trapezoidal, inch thread and profile specified by the customer.

• Metric thread from M10 to M64.
• Trapezoidal thread from 10x2 to 60x8.

High‑strength threaded rods made of Cm45, Cm40X, Cm42CrMo4.

Hardened threaded rods with strength 10.9 up to 500 mm length.

Galvanized threaded rods up to 2850 mm length.

Threaded rods from calibrated material up to 3000 mm length.

Sluice gate screws (for river barriers, locks).

Screws for lifting devices for car and truck service lifts.

Formwork Threaded Rods

Production of formwork (construction) threaded rods. Used for reinforcement of formwork in building construction and other structures.

Supplied with two wing nuts (cast).

Possibility of manufacturing in different diameters, lengths and thread pitches.

Props and Scaffolding Elements

Production of elements for telescopic (adjustable) props for construction and other elements for formwork and façade scaffolding.
