Who are we?
EXQUISITE Ltd. is a Bulgarian company established in 2009 in Varna. The managers of the company graduated with a Master’s degree in “Accounting” from the University of Economics – Varna. They have extensive professional accounting experience. Valentin Panayotov worked for many years as an accountant at Biochim Bank, and Lazar Panayotov was chief accountant and director of Valentina – Varna.

What do we offer?
We offer fully online accounting and payroll services for small businesses throughout Bulgaria. Absolutely all documents are received and sent exclusively by e-mail in PDF format. We provide complete accounting and payroll services to companies from all over the country, regardless of the industry in which they operate. We are also specialized in providing accounting services to newly registered companies and European citizens who run their own business in Bulgaria. We guarantee high professionalism, quality and correctness.
Prices
The price of the monthly accounting service is determined by the number of processed invoices and other accounting documents. The price includes accurate and timely posting of documents, monthly submission of VAT returns, submission of all other tax declarations, bank statements including online banking, and monthly closing up to a trial balance. The price does not include year-end closing and submission of the annual tax return, participation in tax inspections and audits, or assistance with VAT refunds.
The price of the monthly payroll service is determined by the number of employees. The price includes maintaining personnel files, hiring and dismissing employees, concluding additional employment agreements, processing all types of leave, processing sick leaves and submitting them to the NSSI, submitting monthly declarations 1 and 6, submitting electronic employment records related to changes in employment relations, as well as preparing monthly payroll statements for salary payments. A price list and contract are sent only by e-mail upon request from the interested company. All prices are without VAT, which will not be charged on invoices.
We work at very competitive prices. For your information: Our prices start from €50 per month.
How We Work
After signing the contract, the client is entitled to free accounting and tax consultations. The contract is concluded through an exchange of the signed document via e-mail. Accounting is carried out in accordance with the National Accounting Standards. Only at the explicit request of the client, the International Accounting Standards are applied. After signing a contract with the respective client, the client is obliged to send all their documents by e-mail every month no later than the fifth day of the following month. We are obliged to process all documents with the required high quality and within the deadline. We perform the monthly accounting closing up to a trial balance, but at the explicit request of the client, we can also prepare a monthly balance sheet and a monthly income statement.

Payment
Payment for the performed services is made only by bank transfer after receiving by e‑mail the monthly invoice, but not later than ten days from the date of issue of the invoice. All invoices are issued in PDF format.
Company Registration in Bulgaria
Especially for our future clients, we perform fast company registration at a very favorable price. After the registration, we take over the full online accounting service for our new clients.
We also offer: opening a bank account and a virtual address in Varna, as well as a trusted notary.
