Over the years, Chahov Ltd. has established itself as an undisputed leader in the construction and sheet‑metal industry. With the launch of a production line for seamless gutters and downpipes, the company secured 70% of the national market share. In 1991, 20 tons of metal were processed, and in 2003 – 2600 tons, which clearly demonstrates the overall production growth.

LT Sheet Metal

For industrial halls and shelters, the most commonly used profiles are LT20 and LT40 corrugated sheets.

Their relatively low cost, combined with fast and easy installation and dismantling, makes them preferred by both investors and builders.

The galvanized and PVC‑coated sheet metal profiles we offer come in unlimited lengths, a wide range of colors, and various thicknesses depending on the structure and purpose of the building.

Gutters

Seamless gutters – semicircular and square, manufactured according to DIN standards, with unlimited length, made from galvanized, PVC‑coated, copper, aluminum, zinc and titanium‑zinc sheet metal.

Downpipes & Accessories

Chahov Ltd. is the only manufacturer in Bulgaria of DIN‑standard downpipes with unlimited length.

Drainage accessories – elbows, outlets, bends, end caps, corners, brackets.

Blanks

In 2004, Chahov Ltd. commissioned a new technological line from the German company Schlebach for the production of profiles for roof and façade cladding and suspended ceilings.

Advantages of Schlebach blanks:

• technological efficiency in preparation and installation
• compatibility with other roofing and façade systems

Types of sheet metal used:

• galvanized – the most widely used due to its low price and service life of about 15 years
• galvanized with single or double‑sided PVC coating – rich color range, high elasticity, excellent anti‑corrosion properties, durability 30–40 years
• copper – extremely attractive, reliable and weather‑resistant material
• aluminum, aluzinc, titanium‑zinc

Air Ducts

Air ducts are used to supply and distribute air within a room, as well as to exhaust it outside after use. They consist of straight and shaped sections. The inner surfaces must be smooth to prevent dust accumulation, easy to clean, non‑hygroscopic, lightweight, fire‑resistant and corrosion‑resistant. These requirements are best met by ducts made of galvanized sheet metal.

The thickness of the sheet metal used for air ducts depends on the size of the cross‑section.

The connection between individual sections is made using cleat joints. The seals are self‑adhesive rubber strips.

Metal Structures

Chahov Ltd. manufactures metal structures for warehouses, shelters, industrial buildings, covered parking areas, markets, advertising structures, and cold‑formed profiles from 0.4 to 4 mm and up to 6 m in length.

The production of cold‑formed profiles is based on the most advanced technologies in Europe.

Using a combined cutting and bending machine by the Swiss company THALMANN PICO 150 – 6.2 m with CNC control ensures exceptional product quality.

Chahov Ltd. is an official representative of the German company Schlebach. Schlebach specializes in the development and production of machines and equipment for metalworking in roofing technology and façade design.

The company’s production program follows the latest architectural trends.

Panels

Chahov Ltd. offers thermal insulation panels. They consist of two profiled steel sheet surfaces and an insulating core of rigid polyurethane foam or mineral wool. The profiled steel can be single‑sided or double‑sided with PVC coating.

They are suitable for construction areas where high requirements for sound and thermal insulation, fire resistance, environmental safety and aesthetic appearance are essential, making them widely applicable, especially in the production and storage of food products.

Renovation

Chahov Ltd. offers façade cladding by the German company Creaton. Easy installation, extremely diverse joint patterns and a delicate, refined range of surfaces complete the ceramic wall cladding system for both new buildings and renovation projects, providing exceptional opportunities for creative design.
