About Us:
“Ketkom Project” Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Eng. Krasimir Kirov and is based in Varna. The company operates and develops in parallel with “Ketkom” Ltd., established in 1998 with a broader scope of activities.
The company’s main activity is the design of structural systems for buildings and facilities, with a strong focus on special, non‑traditional and unique structures made of steel, concrete and mixed construction.
We work in close cooperation and as a team with designers and specialists from all other parts of the investment design process, which allows us to offer complete and integrated design services for residential, administrative and office buildings, hotels, commercial sites, sports facilities, industrial buildings and structures, warehouses, advertising structures, as well as special and non‑standard projects.
The company also provides consulting services in the field of design and construction, as well as investor supervision during the execution of various types of construction projects.
