Products & Services Administrative If you have no experience with normative requirements for design and building of photovoltaic systems, we will assist you in the organization and coping with administrative obstacles. In section “Normative documents” you can familiarise with part of the regulations and documentation in this field. If you have any questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance and information. Maintenance One of the main advantages of photovoltaic systems is that they need almost no maintenance. The only operations necessary after the building of the system are cleaning of the panel surface and regular checks of the power connections. In case of failure we are available 24 hours following the signalling. Insurance As part of our full service Oto Solar is working for you with specially selected insurance companies. The insurance policy taken with Oto Solar provides optimal safety for your investment. The whole system is insured. In case of damage such as: •Sabotage or Vandalism •Animal attack •Storm and hail •Too high voltage •Short circuit •Lightning •Fire •Flood •Robbery, burglary and plunder Insurance includes also cover of lost production from the system for 3 months without additional charge, which cannot be obtained due to a risk which has occurred. This 3-month period can be extended to 6 or 12 months against respective additional charge (this is recognised in case of total loss of the photovoltaic system and of the building by fire). This enables your repayment of the photovoltaic system without additional own capital. The proposed insurance policies from our partners are a guarantee for your investment and the low prices are a guarantee for your profit.
