The project is consistent with the balanced investment policy of the company, suited to the local real-estate market. The design process has taken into account the best possible distribution of the living space allowing the client the versatility to choose from a range of available options and configurations. Due to the location of the building – in the center of a cozy town – space for shops has been put into account. For the needs of every home, a separate auxiliary room (a cellar) or a garage is designed, and for the comfort of the tenants a panoramic elevator is placed between the two parts of the building. For the increased comfort and feeling of being one with nature, on the roof a winter garden with a space for a barbecue has been designed. The building has 28 apartments, 21 garages, 20 cellars and 4 stores.
