    TAURUS 93     Who are we? TAURUS-93 ltd. was established in 1993 and is based in the city of Plovdiv. Our main activity is the design and production of control boards and touch sensor keyboards from polycarbonate or polyester foil, which are used as components in the management of electronic devices and machines in the field of machine building. The company products are used in a wide variety of applications - in medical equipment, in machines with CPU (Central Processing Unit), in programmers and controllers, as well as devices for the entertainment industry. TAURUS-93 ltd. also manufactures labels, stickers and signs for various devices on screen printing. An additional activity of the company is the development of quality websites and components for them. The true power of Taurus-93 lies in having our own niche - small and middle-sized series, which are not cost-effective for the big manufacturers. Responsiveness towards our customers, flexibility of the production process and high quality of our products are the most important characteristics of our company policy.     Production technologies Taurus-93 is equipped with screen printing machines, a printing machine, grafopress, a dryer for UV varnishes and inks 'PANGOLINE' and all other small tools and equipment needed for the production and installation of touch sensor keyboards and control boards. Manufacturing technology is based on screen printing on special types of foil (we use mainly polycarbonate and polyester foil), plastic and PVC. The components used include PCB, adhesive and double-adhesive foils, contact plates, connectors, ribbon cables, LED and liquid-crystal indication. The main element in the Taurus-93 product policy is using high-quality materials for all company products. This guarantees minimum problems with product servicing and our customers' satisfaction. Products and Services     Control boards Taurus-93 offers control boards for LED-indication from polycarbonate foil and for LCD-indication from polyester foil. Thickness of foil can be 0.175 mm or 0.250 mm. Colors are defined according to a sample or a color selection from RAL-catalogue. Control board design should be presented in CorelDRAW (.cdr) format and all fonts should be converted to curves. Design can also be created by our company specialists according to instructions from the customer. Touch sensor keyboards The company specializes in the manufacture of touch sensor keyboards with polycarbonate or polyester foil according to the indication used. The keyboards we offer have contact plates of the 'popcorn' type on a hard base (PCB). In order to produce a PCB we need to be provided with an electric scheme or a ready file in CAD-format. The thickness of the base may vary from 0.5 to 2.0 mm. We also produce keyboards with micro-switches instead of contact plates. Screen printing Taurus-93 offers manufacturing products on screen printing, such as labels, stickers and signs for various devices, including 3D stickers.
