Izotron Engineering Ltd. is an established construction and engineering company founded in 2009. Since its establishment, the company has completed a large number of projects in various fields of construction and repairs – industrial buildings, production facilities, warehouses, residential buildings, reconstructions and modernization of existing sites.

Currently, the company employs more than 80 people, most of whom are highly qualified professionals, including engineers, site managers, welders, metal structure fitters, steel fixers and formwork specialists. This team enables Izotron Engineering to execute complex projects in full scope – from foundations to turnkey delivery, with high quality and strict adherence to deadlines.

Izotron Engineering Ltd. is a member of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and is certified to execute projects of first group, constructions from first to fifth category. The company holds ISO certificates that guarantee implemented systems for quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety.

The company has its own production facility in the town of Targovishte, located on an area of 5,000 m², of which over 2,000 m² are covered production areas. The facility includes a rebar workshop and a workshop for prefabrication of metal structures, as well as storage and assembly zones. This ensures full control over the production of rebar elements, metal components and structural parts, as well as flexibility in the execution of projects throughout the country.

We build industrial buildings and facilities in full scope – from foundations, through load‑bearing structures, façades and roofs, to internal installations and finishing works. We are specialized in the fabrication and installation of metal structures and hold the necessary ISO certificates for the production and installation of metal structures and pipe installations. We have built façades and roofs made of sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets with a total area of over 60,000 m².

We construct complete pipe installations for connecting machines and equipment, as well as subsequent technical insulation. We apply engineering solutions for the renovation of old industrial buildings, warehouses and production premises, combining structural strengthening, thermal insulation, waterproofing and modernization of installations.

In the field of waterproofing, we build roof systems with layered installation using mineral wool and PVC membranes, as well as solutions for the insulation of tanks and underground facilities. Regarding fire protection activities, we design and install sprinkler systems (water–water, water–air), water supply systems for fire hydrants and fire alarm installations, as well as apply fire‑resistant paints on metal structures.

Izotron Engineering is an authorized applicator of Sika Bulgaria for the construction of industrial floors based on epoxy and polyurethane systems. We have the necessary lifting, transport, welding and cutting equipment, which allows us to undertake and implement large‑scale projects as a main contractor or subcontractor throughout the country.

TECHNOLOGIES

Waterproofing systems

We build roof waterproofing systems with layered installation using mineral wool and PVC membranes, as well as solutions for the insulation of tanks, underground facilities and industrial sites exposed to aggressive environmental and operational conditions.

Concrete repair and anticorrosion coatings

We apply systems for repair and protection of concrete structures, anticorrosion coatings for metal elements and comprehensive solutions for extending the service life of existing industrial and infrastructure facilities.

Industrial floor coatings

As an authorized applicator of Sika Bulgaria, we construct industrial floors based on epoxy and polyurethane systems, suitable for heavy‑duty areas, production premises, warehouses and logistics centers.

Thermal insulation systems and soundproofing

We offer solutions for thermal insulation and soundproofing of industrial and residential buildings, including façade systems, roof insulation and insulation of technological equipment.
