Aiva-B Ltd has a team of experts - architects, designers, engineers, plumbers, electricians – and a number of highly experienced designers, which ensures quick and professional solution to the issues and problems encountered during the design and implementation of construction. The company is well acquainted with all standards, laws and regulations in Bulgaria, as well as the introduced European standards (EuroCode).   In carrying out the project activities, the team follows all modern trends in the field of construction. The company has introduced a standardized system of quality management ISO 9001:2008. Services Preparation of investment projects The investment projects may be developed in the following design phases: preliminary design; technical design; detailed design (working drawings and details); The scope of investment projects is depending on the type, purpose, size and location of the planned sites and requirements for the design decisions. The investor determines and assigns the design phases and project components for each phase, depending on the type and site-specific.
