Investigation of building structures We perform non-destructive investigations of building structures required before the building additional floors in preparation of technical or energy passports of the buildings in cases of shortage of executive documentation. Construction Specialized building works for reinforcement of failed building constructions, reinforcement of the ground, application of protective moisture-proofs – during new buildings and in existing problems, repairing of leaks, laying of thermal insulations. Investment control Our specialists control the buildings on the account of the investor, monitor for the observance of approved projects for the quantities and qualities of the materials, offer energy efficient methods in organization and execution of any types of constructions. Consultations for commissionging of objects of 5-th category When the investor is not legally obliged to employ building surveillance our specialists perform control on the building object for observance of legal requirements and prepare acts that are obligatory according to the Regulation No. 3 for the acts during the building..
