The “Express – V” Training Center offers training fully aligned with the latest European requirements and standards. The driving school is equipped with modern classrooms containing all necessary materials for conducting the educational process.

The vehicles at “Express – V” Training Center are up-to-date and well maintained. ADR – TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS

Courses for drivers transporting dangerous goods by road.

The training is entirely theoretical and follows a unified program in accordance with Regulation No. 40 of January 14, 2004, issued by the Ministry of Transport, regarding the conditions and procedures for the transport of dangerous goods by road.

• Transport of dangerous goods in tanks
• Transport of explosive substances and articles
• Transport of radioactive materials

PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST – DRIVER ASSESSMENT

• Obtaining a driving license for categories C1, C, D1, D, tram (Ttm), trolleybus (Ttb)
• Drivers performing public transport of passengers and goods in all categories
• Taxi drivers
• Drivers with temporarily revoked licenses or those who have lost their driving rights due to penalty points
• Employment requirements or upon request by state, municipal, public or private organizations
• For replacing a foreign driving license for foreigners residing long-term in Bulgaria, and Bulgarian citizens holding foreign licenses

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION COURSE

DRIVER QUALIFICATION CARD – PROFESSIONAL TRAINING UNDER REGULATION 41

A Driver Qualification Card is required for all drivers operating vehicles that require a category C, C+E, D or D+E license for public transport or transport for own account. To obtain it, drivers must complete a professional qualification course.

DRIVING COURSES

CATEGORY B

Course for drivers of motor vehicles with a maximum permissible mass not exceeding 3500 kg and up to 8 passenger seats excluding the driver’s seat. A single-axle trailer with a maximum permissible mass up to 750 kg may be attached.

CATEGORY C

Course for obtaining the right to drive motor vehicles with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3500 kg and up to 8 passenger seats excluding the driver’s seat. A trailer with a maximum permissible mass up to 750 kg may be attached.

CATEGORY A

CATEGORY A

Course for obtaining a license to operate motorcycles and three-wheeled motor vehicles with power exceeding 15 kW /no engine displacement limits/.

CATEGORY A1

Course for obtaining a license to operate motorcycles with engine displacement not exceeding 125 cc, maximum power not exceeding 11 kW, and a power-to-weight ratio not exceeding 0.1 kW/kg.

CATEGORY A2

Course for obtaining a license to operate motorcycles with power not exceeding 35 kW and a power-to-weight ratio not exceeding 0.2 kW/kg.

CATEGORY B+E

Course for obtaining the right to drive a combination of vehicles consisting of a category “B” towing vehicle and a trailer with a maximum permissible mass not exceeding 3500 kg.

CATEGORY C+E

Course for obtaining the right to drive a combination of vehicles consisting of a category “C” towing vehicle and a trailer with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 750 kg.

Restoration of Penalty Points

The driving school restores revoked penalty points through additional training. Once per year, drivers may restore up to 1/3 of the total limit, i.e., no more than 13 points. To do so, they must complete a course conducted every Saturday by “Express – V” Driving School, consisting of six academic hours. Only drivers who meet the following conditions may participate: at least one year has passed since their last restoration, they have no unpaid fines, and they have no unserved penalty decrees.
