The main activity of LESO Ltd., Plovdiv, is:
production of hydraulics and hydro-servo steering systems for lifting and transport machinery.
Metalworking:
– serial production of parts according to customer drawings.
– cylindrical and surface grinding of parts.
– production of gear wheels and reducers.

Non-standard services:
– Repair and refurbishment of hydro-servo steering systems and hydraulic distributors. Performing bench testing of the same.
– Repair and restoration of broken axles, hubs, as well as production of new ones when necessary.
– Production of non-standard shafts, axles, splined axles, housing parts and others.

We have the following metalworking machines:
1. Turning center GS 280: distance between centers 1000 mm, C-axis and Y-axis (live tools), turning, drilling, milling, bar feeder 1500 mm. Year of manufacture: 2018.

2. Cylindrical grinder GRW-4010 Goodway. Between-centers grinding 1000 mm, workpiece diameter 410 mm, workpiece weight 700 kg. C-axis available. Year of manufacture: 2018.

3. Vertical machining center MCV-850. Travel: Z 650 mm, X 850 mm, Y 600 mm. Year of manufacture: 2008. Purchased new by the company.

4. Three gear cutting machines 5V312 for producing gear wheels with straight and helical teeth. Maximum module 6, maximum gear diameter (straight teeth) 320 mm. Suitable only for serial work.

5. Gear shaper ON6. Can process gear wheels up to 500 mm.

6. We also have a new gear grinder up to module 4 and 320 mm gear diameter. Can be put into operation when serial work is available.

7. Shaver – finishing processing of gear wheels with straight and helical teeth.

8. Slotter.

9. Surface grinder SPH-51. Magnetic table 1500 × 320 mm.
