Training Center TOTOV is one of the established driving schools in Sofia, with traditions in driver training since 1970. Since 1995, the training center has been located at 2 “Doyran” Street, where it continues to prepare future drivers with attention to safety, practical skills and confident behavior on the road.

Our team consists of qualified and patient instructors who combine long‑term practical experience with an individual approach to each learner. The training includes both theoretical preparation and practical lessons, aligned with modern requirements for safe motor vehicle operation.

In addition to driving courses, we offer supplementary training for drivers, restoration of control points and assistance with various administrative procedures related to the driving license.

Training for category “B” is intended for all who wish to obtain a license to drive a passenger car.

The course includes full theoretical preparation and practical lessons with experienced instructors who help learners build confidence and correct habits from the very first hours behind the wheel.

After successfully completing the training, you will be able to drive:

• passenger cars;
• light trucks with a maximum permissible mass up to 3.5 tons;
• minibuses with up to 9 seats;
• mopeds according to current legislation.

Practical lessons are conducted on diverse routes, including urban driving, intercity driving and exercises in various traffic situations, providing real preparation for everyday driving.

Category “B (78)” – automatic transmission

For learners who prefer training with a vehicle equipped with automatic transmission, Training Center TOTOV offers a course for category “B (78)”.

The training follows the same high standards as the standard category “B”, with all practical lessons conducted entirely with a vehicle with automatic transmission.

This category is a suitable choice for people who wish to gain confidence behind the wheel more quickly or plan to drive vehicles with automatic transmission.

The training center provides assistance and training for obtaining category “C”, intended for driving cargo vehicles.

The training is conducted through a partner training center and includes the required theoretical and practical preparation according to regulatory requirements.

Category “C” is suitable both for professional drivers and for people who wish to expand their opportunities for work in the transport sector.

Training Center TOTOV organizes courses for drivers who wish to restore part of their control points.

The training is conducted according to the requirements of current legislation and allows, once per year, restoration of the permitted number of control points after successful completion of the course.

The team provides assistance throughout the entire process – from enrollment to completion of the training.

For drivers deprived of the right to operate a motor vehicle under Art. 157, para. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, Training Center TOTOV organizes the required training for restoring driving rights.

The program is aligned with regulatory requirements and is conducted by instructors with extensive practical experience.

Obtaining a Bulgarian driving license

The training center offers courses for candidates who hold a valid driving license issued by a country outside the European Union and wish to obtain a Bulgarian driving license under Art. 162.
