Intoarch Ltd. is an established architectural company with more than ten years of experience in the field of architectural design.

Our main activity is complete architectural design and interior design of single-family and multi-storey residential buildings, public buildings, offices, hotels and multifunctional complexes.

More About Us

“INTOARCH” Ltd. is an architectural studio founded in 1997, initially registered as ET ArtTemz.
Founded by arch. Rumyana Tiholova – since 2010 also a part-time assistant lecturer at the Department of “Interior and Design” at UACEG, Sofia.
The studio provides complete architectural design and interior design of single-family and multi-storey residential buildings, public and multifunctional buildings, hotels and offices.

It is also one of the first architectural studios that, since 2003, has been performing SPA design and implementation. Some of the major completed SPA projects include the SPA in Sunset Resort Pomorie (2007–2008), RIU Pravets Golf & SPA Resort (2008–2009), Hotel Lion – Borovets (2013), and Berlin Park Vitosha Hotel, Boyana (December 2013).

Our team specializes in preparing preliminary studies for the type of SPA center based on location, visitor flow and client profile, providing consultations for concept development with functional schemes, and complete design in accordance with current regulations under Ordinance 7 of MRDPW (ZUT) and Ordinance 7 for hygiene standards of the Ministry of Health, including technology and all installation specialties.
