“Zoi-klima” Ltd. has been issued a certificate for installation, service and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning installations and heat pumps containing more than 3 kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases by the “BULGARIAN BRANCH CHAMBER – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING”.

REECL

The company is among the first registered as a supplier and contractor of projects under the REECL program, with extensive experience in delivery and installation of air-conditioning systems. We welcome, support and promote the idea of the REECL program to help Bulgarian households reduce their heating and cooling costs.

The REECL program provides households or homeowners’ associations across the country with the opportunity to benefit from energy efficiency advantages and receive targeted loans and grants through the network of Bulgarian commercial banks.

Refrigerated storage base

In 2021, our new refrigerated storage base located in the town of Kableshkovo became operational.

It consists of 9 cold rooms with a temperature range from +1⁰C to -25⁰C.

The capacity of the refrigerated base is 1000 pallet spaces. The premises are equipped with racking systems and temperature monitoring.

There are 5 loading ramps available, as well as lifting equipment for loading and unloading operations.

The premises are rented per pallet space.

Cold rooms for rent

The volume of one room is 160 cubic meters with a height of 2.5 m. The cold rooms are located in Sunny Beach resort, in the yard of “Avtotransport-2000”, main road, parking spaces, security, truck access, separate office.

Requests for preventive maintenance are made in our offices at the initiative of the client! If the annual preventive inspection is missed, the warranty of the air conditioner is void!
