Terem - Khan Krum Ltd. – Targovishte is a MIC machine-building plant subordinate to the Ministry of Defense.The plant is a branch of PLC with state property near the Ministry of Defense – “TEREM” PLC. TEREM – Khan Krum” Ltd. - Targovishte functions are based on financial and juridical extension with heightened competencies: an independent financial report and balance - sheet; juridical independence for conclusion of economic activity agreements, for import and export /without a special MD production agreements/. The plant is opened for an industrial cooperation, reorganization and diversification of the manufacturing. Its statute and new management rival technologies and price term that are offered guarantee the investment attractiveness of the plant. The challenge for the managing panel is the market insurance and stabilization as well as subsequent development of the plant. The marketing activity is orientated to finding of companies-partners for manufacturing of new long-term product ranges: semi-manufactured articles; tool equipment; hull details, stirght gears and transmission shafts; gear boxes and reduction gears; chain and wheel transport means. Main product directions according to the subject of activity are: - Capital overhaul and modernization of armor military machines as well as repair of engines and units for them - Manufacture of MT-LB and production of “Tundja” based on MT-LB - Production of gear boxes, reductors, transmission units and spare parts - Production of semi-manufactured articles and details – forging, heat and cold pressing and punching - Production of tools and non-conventional equipment - Overhaul of the engines, units, and junctions for military analogous civil transport means - Production of HDP for diesel forklift trucks - Low batch production of : semi-manufactured articles, stamps and punches; gearboxes, spare parts and transmission complicated details - Wide ranged nomenclature of exhaust pipe. Included in the independent production frames are function technological capacity /mechanical, welded, galvanic etc./that ensures, as follows: - Production of wide nomenclature spare parts, tools and ZIP of the repaired and modernized final products, their engines and unites. - Restoration of details with residual resource.
