The products are new to the Bulgarian market, environmentally friendly, with original design and certified quality.
They stand out with high quality that meets the highest American and European standards for construction products.Proof of this is the ISO 9001:2004 certificate. Delivery to the site and installation are available upon customer request.
Manufactured using original German technology, which elevates them to a higher quality level. Beautiful, elegant appearance, meeting increased sanitary and hygiene requirements – this makes them especially suitable for ceilings in hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, medical laboratories, airports, residential buildings and other places that must be clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Strength: Withstand loads up to 499N, do not bend or sag.
Water resistance: Double-sided PVC coating and additional sealing on all four sides to prevent water penetration.
Fire resistance: Naturally fire-resistant material. Fireproof characteristics fully meet all fire safety requirements for this type of product – class “B1”.
Sound insulation: The sound-absorbing series has a sound absorption index reaching NRC = 0.46.
Thermal insulation: Thermal conductivity coefficient = 0.21W/mK.
Dimensions: 595/595/7 mm (compatible with all supporting structures of other manufacturers)
Maintenance: Easy maintenance and durability – washable, usable on both sides, minimum service life 10 years.
Profiles for grid suspended ceilings – made of galvanized steel, powder-coated – white, mirror finish, wood color.
The magnesium board is a new material in construction. It is offered as cladding boards for interior and exterior walls with dimensions 1220×2440 mm and thickness from 3 to 20 mm.
It is made from natural inorganic materials – magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, fiberglass, talc. It contains no asbestos, formaldehydes, benzenes or other substances harmful to human health.
The magnesium board can be used as a substitute for OSB, plywood, cement board, plasterboard and other products where strength, water and fire resistance are of primary importance. It is applied in family houses, apartments, farm buildings, theatres, museums, schools, hospitals, shopping centers, hotels, airports and similar facilities.

Fire resistance – the magnesium board has been tested for fire resistance according to ASTM E-119-00a. It receives class A (ASTM E-84) with zero flame spread and smoke emission ratings. It is used for protecting metal structures from fire.
Water resistance – the magnesium board is water-resistant. It does not change its physical or chemical properties during prolonged moisture exposure. It shows no structural changes after 25 freeze–thaw cycles. Bending strength remains unchanged after wetting.
Impact resistance – in impact resistance tests, the magnesium board shows better results than other similar materials – plasterboard, cement board, OSB.
Resistance to termites, rodents, etc. – it contains no nutrients, does not form mold or fungi. The magnesium board is mounted on a standard supporting structure using traditional fasteners for cladding. The boards are easy to cut, fit, drill or nail using ordinary hand or electric tools.
