Inline has been formed to provide high quality, innovative, infrastructure-based contact center services to the businesses in a variety of industries. The founders of the company, recognizing an opportunity in the market (high quality of personnel with low operation costs), have assembled a team of professionals to build efficient contact center processes, develop customer oriented products, and deliver high quality telemarketing services. Inline has started as an in-house call center to support the operations of the group in July 2002. As a separate company it was officially registered in November 2003, although started acting as an independent call center outsourcer effectively at the beginning of 2003. Since that time, Inline provides full scope of outsourcing contact center services. In 2004 Inline started providing consulting and integration services for companies and government organizations building in-house call centers.
