The company’s core activity includes the cultivation, processing and marketing of high-quality agricultural products. We grow wheat, sunflower, corn and rapeseed, as well as essential-oil crops, with lavender being one of the key cultures. Each crop is managed according to proven agronomic standards, adapted to the specific climate conditions of Dobrudzha – a region known for its high soil fertility, favorable climate and excellent conditions for agriculture.

We cultivate leased and rented land in the areas of the town of Balchik, the villages of Gurkovo, Tsarichino, Sokolovo and Karvuna, as well as in Kavarna municipality – the villages of Vranino, Mogilishte, Krupen, Selce and Topola. These are regions with proven high yields, particularly suitable for grain and oilseed crops. Thanks to proper crop rotation, soil fertility management and the use of modern technologies, the company produces over 2,000 tons of agricultural output annually.

We operate our own fleet of agricultural machinery, including tractors, seeders, cultivators, sprayers, combines, trailers and specialized equipment for essential-oil crops. This allows us to perform all key farming operations in-house – from soil preparation, sowing and crop protection to harvesting and transportation. Our own machinery ensures high efficiency, precise timing and minimized losses.

Our base is located just 8 km from Balchik Port, 40 km from Varna Port and 65 km from Constanta Port. This strategic location provides excellent logistics for export and fast distribution of our products to both domestic and international markets. Thanks to the proximity to the ports, we successfully cooperate with traders exporting grain and oilseed crops to Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

We are open to expanding our operations through leasing additional arable land under some of the most competitive rental conditions in the region. We maintain transparent and long-term relationships with landowners and offer fair terms for cooperation. We are also interested in purchasing agricultural land in the Balchik municipality and the Dobrich region, with the aim of increasing our cultivated area and optimizing crop rotation.

In our production we apply modern agronomic practices – precise fertilization, soil moisture monitoring, integrated pest management and the use of high-yielding varieties and hybrids. We work with reputable suppliers of seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, which ensures stable results and high product quality. For essential-oil crops, especially lavender, we use specialized cultivation methods that guarantee high essential-oil content and excellent aromatic characteristics.

Our philosophy is simple: the land is a resource that must be protected, developed and passed on in better condition to the next generations. That is why we work with care for the soil, apply crop rotation, minimize erosion and maintain the balance of nutrients.
