The private dental office of Dr. Yordanka Markova is located in the town of Svishtov, on the main street “Al. Konstantinov” 15, near the Regional Police Department and the local market. The clinic offers painless treatment in a comfortable environment, using materials from world‑renowned manufacturers with guaranteed quality. I believe that quality is the result of good materials in skilled hands, and I follow this principle when performing fillings, crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics in my practice. My main goal is to provide guaranteed quality and accessible treatment for patients with different financial possibilities. |

Throughout life, a person has two sets of teeth – primary (baby) teeth and permanent teeth. The formation of baby teeth begins in the second lunar month, while some permanent teeth begin forming as early as the fourth lunar month. This is why all pregnant women should know that various illnesses and nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy can affect the proper development of both dentitions. Poor nutrition, rickets, insufficient fluoride intake, and frequent illnesses during infancy and early childhood also influence the proper formation of dental tissues in both the primary and permanent dentition. The primary (baby) dentition includes 20 teeth – 10 in each jaw. The first baby teeth appear between the 6th and 8th month after birth. The full formation of the primary dentition is completed between the 23rd and 32nd month. The permanent dentition includes 28 (32) teeth – 14 (16) in each jaw. The first permanent teeth (the six-year molars) erupt around the age of 5.5 – 6 years. The full formation of the permanent dentition is completed around the age of 12 – 13. If wisdom teeth are present, they typically erupt between 17 and 21 years of age, though in some cases even later. |
