Svarodaya Yoga Club Immerse yourselve in the Svarodaya atmosphere. We will assist you in improving your life, helping you to achieve the ultimate goal of “A Sound Spirit in a Sound Body”. Create harmony between the physical and spiritual sides of your being! What is Svarodaya? SVARODAYA-VIJNANA (“knowledge of the rising of the sound [of breath]”, from Svara which means “sound”, and Uddya - “rising”) is the art of diagnostics and prognosis with respect to human *health, future well-being and destiny, based on *breathing. This is considered possible as breathing is closely interrelated with mind, and mind is just as closely connected with our *body, both being parts of a whole. Visiting hours : Monday- 10.00 a.m.  Tuesday - 07.15 a.m. и 17.45p.m. Wednesday - 10.00 a.m. Thursday - 07.15 a.m. и 17.45p.m. Friday - 10.00 a.m. Saturday - 08.00 a.m. Sunday - day off Practical advices Conditions: A building needs solid base to defy time. Solid bases in yoga are Yama and Niyama. By their help a person is formed as a harmonic personality. Without them yoga practice is just gymnastics. Discipline, persistence and constancy are required. Cleanliness: You must empty your bladder and guts before practice. Bathing: Asanas are easily done after a shower/tub. You would better not wash your body after practice, but if you feel your skin clammy or if it has bitter taste, have a shower 15-20 minutes later. This will refresh your body and mind. Food: You would better practice on an empty stomach. If you have eaten something it should have been 4 hours before the practice. You are allowe to eat an hour after the practice. Time: The best time is in the morning or in the evening. In the morning it is harder to do asanas because the body is rigid, but the mind is fresh. In the evening its esprit decreases and the body becomes more plastic. Morning practice helps us to concentrate, while evening practice removes fatigue, tension and refreshes the body. Place: Do not practice after being in the sun for a long time. The place should be quiet, with fresh air, without insects, with flat floor and you need a good map. Clothing: Comfortable. Cotton is recommended or another material that breathes. Warnings: During practice, tension in the face muscles, years, eyes or difficulty in breathing should not be felt.
