BMB Ltd. is a private Bulgarian company established in 1995, specializing in the manufacturing, import and supply of professional equipment for medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and functional training. Corner Positioning Seats and Tables:

• Corner positioning seat – available in sizes for age groups: 6 months–2 years, 1–6 years and 4–10 years.
• Children’s table – can be used together with the seat or independently; the tabletop angle can be adjusted from –40° to +40°.
• The combination provides stable posture, proper positioning and comfort during play, learning and therapy sessions.

Positioning Chairs:

• Chairs with a solid construction and extensive adjustment options required for achieving and maintaining proper posture.
• Suitable for children from 4 months to 5 years of age, as well as older age groups.
• Available in different sizes: 1–5 years, 3–8 years and 5–12 years.
• Models such as Giraffe, Beta, Gamma and Zeta cover an age range from 9 months to 18 years.

Standing Frames for Children:

• Standing Frame – lightweight construction that folds flat for easy transportation and storage; simple to use and clean.
• Prone Stander – standing frame with anterior support (prone position), equipped with straps and supports for body stabilization; available in two sizes (3–7 years up to 25 kg, 6–14 years up to 50 kg).
• Supine Stander – standing frame with posterior support, featuring movable sections and rotating knee supports; available in three sizes (19 months–4 years, 3–11 years, 10–18 years).
• Multistander (Prone + Supine) – versatile standing frame allowing positioning with either anterior or posterior support; suitable for children from 9 months to 6 years, up to 35 kg.
• Humphrey Standing Frame – designed for children with cerebral palsy and other motor impairments, up to 35 kg and aged 3–8 years.
• Monkey Standing Frame – intended for children with cerebral palsy and other motor difficulties aged 9 months to 4 years.

In addition to vertical lifting platforms, BMB Ltd. offers a wide range of solutions for overcoming stairways and creating accessible environments for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. These systems are designed to provide safe, convenient and reliable transportation without interfering with the normal use of the building.

Platform stairlifts for wheelchair users are a practical solution for public and residential buildings where the installation of an elevator or vertical platform is not feasible. After use, the platform folds away compactly, leaving the staircase clear for other users. Each system is individually designed according to the specific layout of the building and can be installed both indoors and outdoors.

For straight staircases, systems with straight guide rails are available, while more complex architectural layouts can be accommodated with custom solutions featuring curves, intermediate landings and varying inclines. These systems are engineered for intensive use and provide a high level of safety and comfort.

For people with limited mobility who do not use a wheelchair, seat stairlifts with ergonomic folding seats are available. They are suitable for private homes, hotels, office buildings and public facilities. Thanks to their compact design, they occupy minimal space and can be installed on straight, curved and spiral staircases.

The product range also includes mobile stair-climbing devices that do not require permanent installation. These units are particularly suitable for buildings where a fixed system cannot be installed or where a temporary accessibility solution is needed. They enable the safe transportation of wheelchair users on stairways with the assistance of a caregiver.
