Tcharodetzi Ltd. offers ideas and opportunities for expanding the assortment of factories in the food industry (bakery, canning factories, diary factories, etc..) pharmacy, fodder industry, phytotherapy, bio energy, chemical industry. We are the only one in Bulgaria, who produce and deals with this such an unusual plant - topinambur. Rural economy № 086001. Since 2003 we are working on very ambitious project: introducing the topinambur as very special salutary healthy food and also as a raw material for different productions. We have very successeful co-operation with the scientist team of the University of Food Technologies (UFT - Plovdiv) who makes the examinations, studies and analysis on the project.
