Stratus

Stratus is part of Gervasoni's Group and it is located in Plovdiv - Bulgaria. Stratus operation covers an area of 30.000 square meters, 15.000 of which are already build up. Stratus manufactures high precision turned parts and general machining. Its main goal it is to achieve high precision standard and serve customers by continuous improvements and cooperation. Insofar Stratus is perfectly meeting the philosophy which has driven successfully Gervasoni's Group to a worldwide position. Stratus is equipped with the latest technologies which guarantee both high precision working and high volumes. Multispindle, Singlespindle Automatic Lathes and CNC Machines are integrated by Transferts, Centerless Grinding Machines a.s.o, and, in order to assure the Client's satisfaction. Capacity range starts from a min. diameter of 2 mm up to a max. diameter of 60 mm, both ferrous material and non-ferrous material, such as steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. In 2001 Stratus was awarded with ISO 9002 Certification from the Swiss Certifying Company SQS. In 2004 Stratus was awarded with 2000 Vision Certification, and it's proud to be able to meet most demanding Clients requirements. The Customer's satisfaction is Stratus primary goal through a constant and effective cooperation: latest Software and Video-Conference systems have been implemented to support the communication.
