Until 1998 it has been the sole representative of the Greek companies „Ronel S.A.“, „Ronil S.A.“, „Nezo S.A.“ having their headquarters in Thessaloniki. The three companies have been leading the production of paper and hygiene products in Northern Greece. Since 1999 „Tri Sigmi Ltd.“ is the sole and exclusive representative of the Greek company „Eurohartiki AEBE“ which has its headquarters in Athens. Delivery terms & conditions:   1. The orders of the goods should be filled in for each item by quantity per piece. 2. The transportation costs are at the expense of the deliverer under the following conditions: 2.1. The minimal sum for deliveries outside Sofia city is 100.00 lv. (one hundred leva) (in that case the transportation costs are at the expense of the deliverer). If not the case, the transport costs are at the expense of the buyer. 2.2. The minimal sum for deliveries in Sofia city is 50.00 lv. (fifty leva) (in that case the transport costs are at the expense of the deliverer). 3. Delivery terms - 48 hours. 4. Way of payment: - cash payment for an invoice; - cash payment for deliveries done by a forwarding company; - bank payment: the total sum for the delivery is transferred to the Tri Sigmi Ltd. bank account and after the bank’s verification for the money transfer, the goods is being delivered to the specified address for delivery, accompanied by an invoice.
