The home is licensed by the Agency for Social Assistance, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Certificate No. 780‑01/2010.

The license issued by the Agency for Social Assistance confirms that Elderly Care Home “Lilia” meets all regulatory requirements for providing social services to elderly people. This includes standards for the material base, staff qualifications, organization of care, safety and quality of service. We undergo regular inspections and maintain our documentation and procedures in full compliance with current legislation. For us, this is not just a formal requirement but a commitment to transparency and trust for the families who entrust their loved ones to our care.

We work closely with the families of our residents, keeping them informed about the condition, needs and progress of their relatives. We encourage regular visits and emotional connection, because we believe that family remains an essential part of every person’s life, regardless of age or health condition.

Admission is carried out after signing a social services contract and providing the following documents: identity document – required for identification and contract preparation health insurance booklet – for verifying insurance status medical records and epicrises – essential for understanding the resident’s health condition, chronic illnesses and required care TELK decision (if applicable) – to determine the degree of reduced working capacity and specific needs information about medications, allergies and special regimes – to ensure safety and correct therapy administration The admission process is organized to be clear and transparent for families. Before signing the contract, we hold a meeting to discuss expectations, the resident’s health condition, required level of care and the home’s capabilities. We aim to provide an honest and realistic overview of what we can offer, building trust from the very first day.

Care for elderly and ill residents

Our team of qualified caregivers and nurses provides 24/7 care, medical supervision and daily assistance for residents, including support for those with limited mobility. We work with respect, patience and empathy, because for many of our residents, “Lilia” becomes the place where they must feel protected, valued and at peace.

• Medication administration according to schedule, ensuring correct dosage and timing. This is especially important for chronic conditions, combined therapies and elderly residents who may struggle to manage medications independently.
• Visits from a general practitioner twice a month, as well as specialist consultations when needed – cardiologists, neurologists, endocrinologists and others. We also organize medical examinations and tests in healthcare facilities when required.
• Four meals a day prepared on-site, nutritious and tailored to the needs of each resident. Diets for diabetes, cardiovascular conditions and other health requirements are strictly followed.
• High hygiene standards maintained through regular cleaning, disinfection and upkeep of all rooms and sanitary areas. Special attention is given to reducing infection risks and ensuring safety.
• Assistance with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, grooming, changing clothes and personal care. We provide help delicately and respectfully, preserving each resident’s dignity.
• Mobility support – assistance with standing, walking, using mobility aids and moving safely around the home. Our goal is to maintain maximum independence while ensuring safety.
• Organized activities and social interaction – reading, conversations, music, light exercises, celebrations and recognition of personal and national holidays. We believe that emotional and mental engagement is as important as physical care.
• Psychological support when needed – helping residents cope with loneliness, anxiety or adaptation to the new environment. We strive to create a supportive atmosphere where residents feel heard and understood.
