BLAST Engineering – anti‑corrosion coatings and sandblasting equipment. During the period July 2003 – October 2003, the company completed the largest industrial anti‑corrosion protection project in Bulgaria for that year – 18,000 sq.m. of steel structures at the Famtex plant in Aksakovo.

Blast Engineering Ltd.

Blast Engineering Ltd. was founded in 2003 with its main activities focused in two directions – the application of industrial anti-corrosion coatings and the production of sandblasting equipment.

Since 2013, Blast Engineering Ltd. has been the only Bulgarian company offering complete design and construction of industrial shot blasting chambers for cleaning metal structures, as well as the construction of painting booths. As of February 2023, we have built and commissioned 48 steel shot blasting chambers with fully automated abrasive recycling and dust collection systems, 51 injector-type blasting cabins, and 15 painting chambers for steel components.

Since January 2008, the company has been the exclusive representative for Bulgaria of the German company “CONTRACOR” – one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of sandblasting equipment, as well as the German company “COMPRAG” – a manufacturer of compressors and dryers.

Since August 11, 2017, the blasting chambers and their components have been certified by TÜV Rheinland.
