Tailoring co-operation About us TPK Saglasie is a tailoring co-operation, created in 1946 in the town of Ruse. Today the company specializes in the production of: ladies’ and children’s clothing ladies’ blouses blazers trousers skirts T-shirts tops dresses Our main goals are constant and guaranteed quality of production and strict adherence to schedule. The Company offers a complete set of services – from the idea to the finished products. Production The production process is carried out in an own building with an area of 1600 sq. m. built in 1996. The production premises are spacious, well lit and completely correspond to international standards. In order to guarantee quality of the garments, a “LECTRA” CAD – CAM system with an “ALIS” plotter is used. The cutting department consists of 4 workplaces – tables with a length of 12 m. and a belt saw as well as two pasting presses – type RPS-JUNIOR and APM 1150. The sewing equipment is reliable, current and well-maintained – straight machines “D?rkopp Adler” and “ZUKI”. The company also owns special machines “ZUKI”, covering pass machines, double needle machines, a buttonhole machine – eye, button and bartackers. The ironing technology “VAIT” secures perfect appearance of the finished product. There is a strict in-process inspection in each stage of production, which is performed by qualified personnel. The production schedule is supervised over an integrated information system to secure completion of the order in time. TPK Saglasie has 4 production lines and an average monthly capacity of approx. 20 - 25,000 units. Partners Since 1972 the company manufactures clothing for the markets in Western Europe and North America. Due to the modern equipment, the trained and experienced personnel and the effective management, TPK Saglasie has successful business relations with foreign partners such as BASLER, Tru Fashion, Erfo, Civit etc. Team   The healthy work and rest conditions and the industrial safety, the fully developed social policy and the constant improving of the vocational qualification are the reasons for the high motivation of our over 300 co-workers. The good work atmosphere makes it possible to achieve the goals of the company – a high quality and observance time limits.
