PPK Korten

PPK "Korten"is established in 1992. It is one of the leading cooperatives in the region, known asa leader in the production and cultivation of vineyards. The climatic conditions in the Korten region are very favorable for the production vines and grapes The cooperative produces more than 30 dessert and wine grape varieties. Widely used are the following wine varieties: Cabernet, Merlot, Mavrud, Pamid, Dimyat, Red Muscat, Muscat Ottonel and desert varieties: Danube, Pleven, Bolgar, Brestovitsa, Maritza, Cardinal, Great, Hamburg Muskat, Moldova and others. Along with the production of grapes and vine seedlings, the cooperative has significant areas planted with cereals, canola, sunflower, corn, alfalfa, fruit trees. PPK "Korten" has dairy farm for cattle, , as well as huge farmyard with contemporary machine-tractor fleet.
