Ustra Holding JSC, based in Kardzhali, was established in 1948 and has grown into one of the most experienced and structurally integrated construction groups in Southern Bulgaria. Ustra Holding has also participated in international construction activities in Russia as a subcontractor of the German company “Hochtief”.

Through Ustra Beton Ltd., the holding ensures a reliable material base for its construction projects and for external clients. Vertical integration — from aggregate extraction, through production of concrete and lime mixtures, to transportation and on‑site application — allows strict control over quality and deadlines. This is one of the company’s key competitive advantages and guarantees stability in the execution of large‑scale and long‑term projects.

Ustra Beton Ltd. is a subsidiary of Ustra Holding JSC, specializing in the production and trade of concrete, lime and cement mixtures, construction materials and products. The company provides transport services, construction mechanization services and leases movable and immovable property. Ustra Beton Ltd. operates a POWERSCREEN screening installation (Northern Ireland), a LIEBHERR concrete plant, its own lime facility with hydrated lime production, and maintains a large fleet of machinery — excavators, loaders, concrete pumps, mixer trucks, dump trucks, vans, buses and minibuses.

The company’s production capacity allows simultaneous servicing of multiple construction sites of different scale and complexity. The concrete plant produces various classes of concrete and mixtures tailored to the specific requirements of residential, industrial and infrastructure projects. Strict control over raw materials, formulations and production processes ensures consistent quality and compliance with applicable standards.

The company also performs extraction of river aggregates (sand, gravel and crushed stone) under a concession agreement dated 06.01.2006 for the “Sushevo” deposit, Municipality of Momchilgrad, Kardzhali Region.
