Agroplasment - 92 V JSC "Agroplasment - 92 V JSC" is founded in 1996 and its main activity is growing, gavaging and slaughtering waterflow, obtaining goose liver (foie gras) and meat, goose/ duck by- products and producing mechanically separated meat. The main aim of the company policy is to produce products with guaranteed food safety and consistent quality. The company is well recognized and acknowledged on "both European and Bulgarian markets", we are advancing successfully having the intension to keep this trend up for the future. Our success is due to the established management system, advanced technological equipment and infrastructure, highly qualified personnel. The goose slaughterhouse is situated in Dobrich city, the ring-road Dobrotitsa. The manufacturing is distributed in appropriate distinct premises: a loading platform, a hall for final slaughtering processes, a cutting hall, a packing hall. There are 6 cooling chambers, used for storing raw materials and final products according to the production technology from -35 to +4 c. The management of the company - "Agroplasment - 92 V JSC" has developed its quality and food safety policy as a tool for the whole company management in order to improve the results that have been already achieved. It is crucial for us to be able to control all the control points of the production process. The company is able to conduct a self-controlling process on the final products, hygiene and water from its own source due to its internal monitoring program. The company invests in training and developing qualification programs for its staff. At present there are more than 90 people working at the company. Motivating all employees to work more effectively Maintaining and continuously improving the system of quality conrol and product safety Improving product and service quality; reducing number of complaints; in cases of legitimate ones, taking prompt and adequate measures to compensate the customer Effective usage of available material, human and financial resources Making operational decisions based on facts and aiming to attain the balance between the desired and the possible Adhering to current legislation and other requirements adopted by the company Adhering to hygiene instructions in place and monitoring the system of self control Introducing and updating of good manufacturing practices Promoting and increasing local employment market share and expanding the export markets The main priority of the company is product quality and safety. ‘AGROPLASMENT-92-V’ JSC has obtained a certificate for the company’s management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 including activities: SLAUGHTERING of WATERFLOW, OBTAINING GOOSE LIVER (FOIE GRAS) AND MEAT, GOOSE/ DUCK BY- PRODUCTS AND PRODUCING MECHANICALLY SEPARATED MEAT. The slaughterhouse has more registered objects: Pet food enterprise - raw pet food is produced from animal by- products 3rd quality category- feet, heads, neck skins, metacarpal and digital duck bones; it is used only as raw pet food and it is unfit for human consumption. it undergoes a process of fast freezing in order to ensure its preservation. Feather technical enterprise - the wet plucked feather is dried and is aimed to be exported to some eu countries. it is used as a raw material for some manufacturing plants where it is further processed.
