“SOLINEX” AD is a well‑established participant in the market of warehousing and logistics activities, providing high‑quality services for more than twenty‑three years in the following areas:

• warehousing and logistics carried out in a wide range of modern storage facilities and infrastructure: cold storage chambers (equipped with shock‑freezing units), temperature‑controlled warehouses, dry warehouses and open storage areas;

• mediation in commercial activities;

Since its establishment to the present day, “SOLINEX” AD has been a partner and provider of logistics and warehousing services to numerous well‑known economic entities such as: “KRAFT FOODS BULGARIA” AD, “COCA‑COLA HELLENIC BOTTLING COMPANY” AD, “KENAR” OOD, “BULLOG” OOD, “DELTA BULGARIA” AD, “FORNETTI BULGARIA” OOD, “NOVA TRADING COMPANY” AD and many others.

“SOLINEX” AD operates a modern logistics–industrial complex located in the area of the village of Petarch, Kostinbrod Municipality, in close proximity to Sofia (16 km). The complex includes: a refrigerated warehouse base, production and handling buildings and facilities, administrative buildings and autonomous infrastructure. The complex is built on an independent plot of 40,000 sq.m., with 19,000 sq.m. of covered areas and consists of:

WAREHOUSE BASE with the following designated sectors:

• COLD STORAGE CHAMBERS sector with temperature range from 0°C to –21°C, equipped with:
• SHOCK‑FREEZING FACILITIES – down to –40°C, with capacity for freezing 12 tons of food products;

• Batch freezing tunnels with a capacity of 10–12 tons;
• Facilities for ripening citrus fruits with a capacity of 10–12 tons;
• TEMPERATURE‑CONTROLLED WAREHOUSES sector – temperature range from +2°C to +15°C with capacity over 4,000 pallet spaces;
• DRY WAREHOUSES sector;
• OPEN STORAGE AREAS sector;
• INDUSTRIAL AREA with production halls and facilities in the food and vegetable‑processing industries, as well as premises for packaging, co‑packaging, handling and labeling operations;
• ADMINISTRATIVE AREA with offices, a food block and a SECURED PARKING AREA;
• The warehouse base has independent electrical supply with the option for emergency autonomous generator power.
• The “Solinex” logistics–industrial complex in Petarch has its own wastewater treatment plant.
• The area and facilities of the “Solinex” AD logistics–industrial complex are equipped with a 24‑hour video surveillance system and are under round‑the‑clock armed security, with its own license for private security activity No. 2171/26.07.2012.

With Registration Certificate No. 002/17.07.2012 issued by the Regional Food Safety Directorate Sofia Region, “Solinex” AD also provides storage services for raw materials and foods of animal origin not intended for human consumption, as well as products derived from Category 3 animal by‑products (ABP). Using its own specialized transport, ABP products are transported to the specialized storage facilities of “Solinex” AD for subsequent dispatch for thermal and physical disposal or processing.

“Solinex” AD is certified under ISO 9001:2008 (certificate HU 03/58403) and has an implemented HACCP system. The warehouse base is certified in accordance with EU standards and is included in the official list of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, for EU‑certified facilities for storage and trade of products with EU member states.

Storage, handling and internal transport of packaged food products, carcass meat and non‑food products, excluding petroleum fuels, explosives and gaseous chemical products. Shock freezing of meat, fruits and vegetables without prior preparation and subsequent packaging. Re‑packaging of consumer goods into “Cash & Carry” units upon client request. Product labeling upon client request. Storage of raw materials and foods of animal origin not intended for human consumption, and products derived from Category 3 animal by‑products (ABP), and subsequent dispatch for thermal and physical disposal or processing. The company’s assets, entirely private, consist of a warehouse base built on an area of 27,817 sq.m., containing 9 blocks with a temperature range for product storage from –20°C to +20°C.
