Flour “Standard” Flour –equivalent to flour type 700 this is a high quality wheat flour with light creamy coloring, suitable for making “Dobrudzha” bread and other light dietary bread products. Available in bags of 25kg, 50kg and in bulk quantities.
Flour Pastry Flour – this specially crafted flour has high gluten content, which provides great dough elasticity and stretching properties, ideal for making Bulgarian banitsa, Turkish borek, Greek tiropita and other types of filo-dough pastries. Available in bags of 1kg, 25kg and 50kg
